In article number 1800747, Ling‐Hai Xie, Wei Huang, and co‐workers rationally design a diazafluorene derivatives triphenylamine (TPA)(PDAF)3 as a solution‐processed small molecular charge trapping element to achieve high performance organic field‐effect transistor memory. TPA(PDAF)3 possesses completely separate highest occupied molecular orbital/lowest unoccupied molecular orbital energy levels, in which the triphenylamine group provides the hole trapping sites, while the diazafluorene unit not only provides the electron trapping sites, but also acts as a hole blocking group to restrain the leakage of stored holes trapped in triphenylamine.
