Protecting intellectual property rights on the information superhighway

This is a report commissioned by the Information Industry Association, drafts of which were reviewed at two meetings that included people from industry, government, and the academic world. Ebersole is a practicing lawyer who has worked closely with the information industry as emerging electronic publishing and networking have increased the challenges for intellectual property. The author of this review participated in both meetings that reviewed drafts of Ebersole's report.
