Differences in Rates of Return by Type of Education

We analyze the wage effects of different types of education using a generalized version of the dummy endogenous variable model. Seven types of education are distinguished: general, agricultural, technical, medical, teacher, economic/administrative and other education. We find that agricultural and technical education yield lower rates of return than general education.
