Sundaramakalingam Temple is located on the Sathuragiri Hills near the Thiruvilliputhur Circle in the Western Ghats. The temple is self-contained. There is a hilly road to reach the temple, which is located at a distance of 8 km from the foothills. The natural setting of the mountains is breathtaking.
