Factors Influencing the Acceptance of Information Communication Technology among Hospital Nurses in a Tertiary Hospital

Background: This study aimed to identify the acceptance of information communication technology (ICT) and its influencing factors among hospital nurses.Methods: A total of 201 nurses from a tertiary hospital in Seoul, who provided written consent, participated in the study. Data were collected through a self-reported questionnaire comprising 24 items. The analysis included descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, one-way analysis of variance, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis.Results: The average score for the acceptance of ICT was 3.98±0.61 on a 5 point scale.
