TiO2-x nanoparticles dispersed in center-radial channels of dendritic mesoporous silica nanospheres (DMSNs) as novelly structured photocatalysts

      The center-radial channels throughout dendritic mesoporous silica nanospheres (DMSNs) give rise to easily approachable internal spaces, high specific surface area, large pore volumes, etc. Some other substances with matchable sizes could be decorated into DMSNs’ channels. As a result, DMSNs are very fascinating platforms for catalysis, tumor therapy, drug delivery, and so on. In this study, we demonstrate a facile approach of introducing black TiO2-x nanoparticles into DMSNs’ center-radial channels. Dendritic mesoporous silicat (ii) 14.78 μmol·g−1 CO (74.43%) and 5.07 μmol·g−1 CH4 (25.57%) with its specific selectivity.
