نبذة مختصرة : Geçmişte HVAC sistemlerinin altyapı ve teknik yeterliliklerinin konfigürasyonu sorundu. Gelişen mekanik, elektrik-elektronik ve bilgisayar teknolojisiyle bu sorunların yerini daha verimli nasıl kullanılabileceği sorusu yer almıştır. Bu tür sistemleri verimli kullanabilmemiz için de mutlaka somut ölçümler yapılmalıdır. Çünkü ölçemediğimiz durumları verimli yönetmemiz söz konusu olamaz. Bina enerji hesaplama yazılımları tasarım aşamasında fikir vermesi için oldukça büyük öneme sahiptir. Fakat geri besleme olarak herhangi bir somut ölçümsel denetim mekanizmaları bulunmamaktadır. Bina otomasyonu, özellikle de HVAC sistemlerinin verimlilik düzeylerinin denetlenmesi için mutlaka geri beslemesi bulunan sistemlerden bilgi alınması gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada mevcut HVAC otomasyon sistemlerinin enerji verimlilikleri güvenilirlik düzeyleri ve denetim mekanizmalarının güçlendirilmesi için yapılması gereken geri besleme sistemleri hakkında çalışmalar yapılmıştır.
In the past, the substructure and technical sufficiency configuration of the HVAC systems was a matter. With the development of mechanic, electrical and computer technology, now it is the question how it can be used efficiently. In order to use these kind of systems efficiently, concrete measurements must be done because it is not possible to direct the circumstances that we cannot measure. Building energy counting software have a great importance for giving ideas at the stage of design. Yet, as feedback, there are no concrete controlling and measuring mechanisms. It is necessary to get information from the systems that have feedback in order to control the efficiency levels of building automation especially of the HVAC systems. In this study, there are studies about what to do in order to strengthen the energy efficiency and reliance levels of the current HVAC automation systems with the aim of making feedback systems.
