The relationship between the T cells, mast cells and dendritic cells in the canine mammary tumor.

There are a few studies regarding the relationship between dendritic cells and mast cells inside the tumor microenvironment. The objective of this study was to demonstrate this relationship, along with the T lymphocytes in the formation of immune response against mammary cancer in female dogs. Were used 26 simply carcinomas and 18 samples of normal mammary gland tissue to detection mast cells, immature mature dendritic cell and T cells. There was no direct correlation between the presence of mast cells and the presence of dendritic cells in the tumor, but it was observed that there is a correlation between the presence of mast cells and T lymphocytes. Existem poucos estudos relacionando a presença e ação das células dendríticas e dos mastócitos no microambiente tumoral. O objetivo desse estudo foi demonstrar a relação entre essas células, juntamente com os linfócitos T na formação da resposta imune contra os tumores de mama em cadelas. Foram utilizados 26 carcinomas simples e 18 amostras de tecido mamário sem alterações para a detecção de mastócitos, de células dendríticas imaturas e maduras e de linfócitos T. Não foi observada correlação direta entre a presença de mastócitos com a presença das células dendríticas no tumor, mas foi observado que houve correlação entre a presença de mastócitos e linfócitos T. Possivelmente, existe um envolvimento entre as células dendríticas, os mastócitos e os linfócitos T, que, beneficia o desenvolvimento do tumor de mama em cadelas. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
