The New White Negro.

The article focuses on family culture and values in the U.S. It makes reference to the 1965 report "The Negro Family: The Case for National Action," by Daniel Moynihan which he wrote for his then superior, President Lyndon Johnson, on the condition of family structure of lower class black people compared to the white family and discusses how conditions of the 1960s black family have also been manifest among whites in the 2000s because of economic and social class issues.
