      In this study, adaptation of Conners Teacher Rating Scale-Revised Short-CTRS-RS to Turkish was explained by means of employing teachers of 3-17 aged students. Determining the psychometric properties of the scale was made possible by analyzing the data collected from 881 teachers. CTRS-RS’ validity was evaluated through confirmatory factor analysis, subscales’ inter-correlations, correlations betweeen short forms of adolescent-parent-teacher rating scales, and item-analysis. CTRS-RS’ internal reliability was tested through the Cronbach’s alpha and Spearman-Brown split-half coefficient. Test-retest correlations were also tested. Results of CFA showed that the original structure of the CTRS-RS was identical in the application with the Turkish teachers. Reliability coefficients were also at an acceptable level.       Bu çalışmada, Conners Öğretmen Dereceleme Ölçeği-Yenilenmiş Kısa (CÖDÖ-YK) formunun 3-17 yaşındaki Türk öğrencilerin öğretmenlerine uyarlanması ve psikometrik özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Veriler 881 öğretmenden elde edilmiştir. CÖDÖ- YK’nın geçerliği doğrulayıcı faktör analizi, alt ölçekler arası korelasyonlar, yenilenmiş öğretmenana- baba-ergen kısa formları arası korelasyonlar ve madde analizi yoluyla incelenmiştir. CÖDÖ-YK‘nın iç tutarlılığı Cronbach Alfa ve Spearman-Brown iki yarı güvenirliği teknikleriyle incelenmiştir. Ayrıca, test-tekrar test güvenirlik katsayısı da hesaplanmıştır. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi, CÖDÖ-YK‘nın Türk öğretmenlerden elde edilen yapısının özgün ölçek ile özdeş olduğunu göstermiştir. Güvenirlik katsayıları da yeterli düzeyde bulunmuştur.
