Information about several papers discussed at the Seventh Congress of the European Society for Research in Mathematics (CERME7) is presented. One paper discussed the relationship between the paradigms and the van Hiele levelsm, while another paper described an emerging trend of research using the integrative model of Geometrical Work Spaces. A paper examined beliefs of mathematics teachers on the application of geometry.
