  The article presents information on a presidential document depicting a memorandum for the executive departments and federal agencies of the U.S. regarding establishment of working groups (WG) related to HIV, violence against women, and women health issues. The domestic epidemic mostly affects African Americans and Latinas which constitutes more than 70 percent of the HIV cases in women. The WG will work towards improvement of health care services for the women suffering from epidemics.
