      The article presents information on a megalithic construction "Nilaskal Byana" in Byse village in Karnataka, India which was most probably used for astronomical observations. The construction has solstice sightlines and multiple sightlines with shadows of various stones falling on other marking stones on astronomically important days along with 26 menhirs out of which 13 are still standing. A table and several diagrams depicting k-stone alignments and layout of menhirs are also presented.
