      The article presents a study which determines that Plastid tiling microarray can be used for analyzing the genome expression in cucumber and other flowering plants. In the study oligonucleotide probes were made through cucumber chloroplast genomic sequencece. It informs that a protocol for hybridization was developed which is used in profiling expression. Results conclude that comparative hybridization showed highly versatile Plastid tiling microarray.
