This article analyses the internal and external structure of the consumption of services qualitatively and quantitatively. It briefly discusses the role that some factors play in deciding consumption structure and uses five computer programmes of regression analysis to fit nine regression equations by selecting 204 groups of statistical data as sample data. With quantitative analysis, it selects some mathematical models as the models of external or internal structure of service consumption. According to these models it is predicted that the percentage of expenditure on services in China's consumption structure in 2000 would be 24-26 per cent, if per capita GNP in China reaches 800-1000 US dollars.
