نبذة مختصرة : This study determines the content of Na, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Sr, Li and Rb in wines from the islands of La Gomera and Fuerteventura in the Canarian archipelago (Spain). Analyses were performed by atomic spectroscopy techniques. Na, K, Ca and Mg were determined in dilute samples and the remainder of metals in samples previously treated with nitric acid in a microwave oven. The greater part of the mean content for the different parameters fell within the ranges described in the literature, except for sodium whose higher content may be due to the effect of marine spray. ANOVA was used to establish the metals with significant differences in mean content between type of wines, between both islands, and with the remaining islands of the Canarian archipelago. Principal component analysis shows that Fuerteventura wines can be differentiated from all other wines of the Canarian archipelago. Este estudio determina el contenido de Na, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Sr, Li y Rb en vinos de las islas de La Gomera y Fuerteventura en el archipielago canario (Espana). Los analisis se realizaron mediante tecnicas de espectroscopia atomica. Na, K, Ca y Mg se determinaron en muestras diluidas y el resto de metales en muestras tratadas previamente con acido nitrico en un horno de microondas. El contenido de los diferentes iones metalicos estaba dentro de los intervalos descritos en la bibliografia, con la excepcion del sodio, cuyo mayor contenido puede atribuirse al efecto del aerosol marino. Se uso el ANOVA para establecer los metales con diferencias significativas de contenido medio entre los tipos de vino, entre ambas islas y con el resto de las islas del archipielago canario. El analisis de componentes principales mostro que los vinos de Fuerteventura podian diferenciarse del resto de vinos del archipielago canario. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
