      The article presents the author's views on career issues faced by industrial post-graduates. He states that the graduates are under pressure for scoring well in examinations, followed by getting a good job. He believes that no company is willing to hire fresh graduates. According to the author, there is a need of planned and systematic training of a year or two in the plant and under working conditions in order to supplement the technical education of the classroom and laboratory.
