Reel Fellows was formed when Reel Fellows Coordinator Charles Peters was asked to make a movie of a fundraising event during a 1963 antique car show. Reel Fellows has made the California Highway Patrol film on safe driving and has been working with the Los Angeles Federal Executive Board in making a series of films on its member agencies.
