      The article reports on the three members of the terrorist group Nationalist Party of Puerto Rico who gained entry into the U.S. House of Representatives' spectators gallery and open fired on the Congressmen at the chamber. According to the author, Lolita Lebron, Rafael Cancel Miranda and Andres Figueroa Cordero were able to get in by telling the doorkeeper that they wanted to listen to the deliberation. Five legislators were wounded including Cliff Davis, George Fallon and Kenneth Roberts.
