  The article focuses on a survey related to rickettsial diseases among domestic and wild animals in Brazil. The survey's objective was to understand how Brazilian spotted fever (BSF) caused by rickettsia affected the area, under what condition and how it is transmitted. This serological survey is done on wild animals after every 3 months for a year in Minas Gerais in Brazil. It concluded that a high percentage of seroreactivity in the observed animals contributes to rickettsia.
