Harry Potter is chosen as the best character of the decade because of his identification as a regular teenager. "The Sopranos" was chosen as the best television program while "Lost" was also selected as one of the best. "The Lord of the Rings" directed by Peter Jackson was chosen as the best movie of the decade.
