The article offers information on a study that deals with spatial memory of older adults. Conducted by the University of Illinois and the University of Pittsburgh, the research examined the cardiorespiratory fitness of 165 adults ages 59 to 81. According to the researchers, there is a direct relationship between a person's level of physical activity and his or her performance on certain spatial memory tests.
