      The article reports that Qatar Petroleum (QP) is inviting firms to express interest in the contract to build its headquarters at Lusail, north of Doha, Qatar. The contract involves laying the foundations and building the concrete superstructures which will include a medical center, corporate training facilities, data centers, car parks, recreational facilities, a sports stadium and associated infrastructure for office blocks. QP plans to issue tenders for the contract by the end of October 2009
