      The article offers information about oral biofilms. Biofilm is a new technique used to the characterization of the organisms in the mouth to gain more information about oral health. This technique includes the tests such as laser technology and dental imaging. It may contain more than 700 species of bacteria during colonization. Further, it is important to know the role of biofilm to lessen its impact on host immune response to maintain good patient health.
