- نبذة مختصرة :
Intellectual property can be a valuable form of property. For many businesses, and not just those in high-tech industries, intellectual property is the business' most valuable asset. Intellectual property is a term that covers a number of different rights. Patents, copyrights, trade marks, industrial designs and trade secrets are common forms of intellectual property. Other intellectual property rights exist in Australia, such as rights in integrated circuits and plant breeder's rights, although these forms of intellectual property are not common.
