The influence of time perception on a leader's behavior remains a domain little investigated by academic research. Nevertheless, there has been, until today, limited empirical exploration of leaders' time styles in organizational contexts. The present study attempts, first, to highlight the structure of an intermediate leader's time styles and the dominant style; second, to understand this temporal structure from a psycho-sociological approach. Usunier and Valette-Florence's scale was selected to measure the time styles of intermediate leaders, and Principal Component Analysis (PAC) was employed to examine the factor of Time Styles Scale (TSS). The findings show that "Time Anxiety" and weak "Future Time Orientation" are the most dominant leaders' time styles. The main results of the study are discussed within the framework of the traditional culture of Algerian society. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
