      The article offers advises for muscle growth. According to the article, in lifting heavy, use weights that limit to six reps or fewer recruits the greatest number of muscle fibers. It advises on not restrict eating as their is the need of lots of calories for growth. It also suggested on getting at least eight hours sleep every night as growth hormone levels increase during the time an individual sleeps. It added on not staying up too late as the body uses downtime to build new muscle fiber.
