      The article describes the case of two women patients who developed septum-concha inferior synechiae and nasal septum perforation while being treated with intranasal calcitonin for postmenopausal osteoporosis. One patient is a 64-year-old who presented with a history of progressive nasal obstruction, nasal causalgia, presence of blood after blowing her nose, numbness and crust formation. Another is a 65-year-old who presented with similar symptoms.
