  The article offers information on the case of a 52-year-old male patient who was brought to the hospital with the chief complaints of worsened shortness of breath and cough. During his physical examination, blood pressure was 120/80 millimeter of mercury, heart rate 100/minute and first heart sound was decreased. Another examination, telecardiography, showed presence of infiltration occupying half of his right lung. Moreover, he was advised for an emergency surgical operation.
