      The article reports on the negotiations of Jordan with the second-place bidder to build a light railway between Amman and Zarqa, after terminating its agreement with the initial winners. Amman has reopened talks with a consortium of Kuwaiti real estate group Aknan Global and Spanish engineering firm Ineco. Transport Minister Alaa Batayneh said that the original winning group, which included Pakistan's Sadullah Khan & Brothers, and CETC international of China, had not met the project's conditions.
