- نبذة مختصرة :
This article focuses on a seminar on the U.S. federal rules of evidence that was held in Santiago, Chile. In the mock trial that follows, public defender Solomon Chang and prosecutor Alissa L. Bjerkhoel, students at California Western School of Law, argue over whether the evidence obtained should be admissible in court. For the Chilean lawyers and judges who attended, the seminar is a chance to learn from the students who have been working under them for a semester. For the students, it is an opportunity to promote the U.S. justice system in a country that is in the process of overhauling its own system.
