A guide to teaching science and social studies is presented. The guide aims to teach students about deep-sea creatures and to help them understand the relationship between organisms and the physical environments in which they live. The guide also aims to help students develop an understanding of interactions among individuals, groups, and institutions, including ways in which they work together for the common good.
