Manualizing of patent search technique and tips on its instruction.

Among the many searchers, it is said "the decisive factor of patent search is experience and know-how", "search technique belongs to the person" and "knowledge that difficult to systematically transfer is truly essential part of one's know-how". However, searcher education is coming to the change term with facing to the spread of patent search operated by end users themselves; consequently, the method of search skill education should be changed to "instruction by a search manual".
