      The article reports that Brooks Sports Inc. has unveiled biodegradable cushioning for its running shoes. The BioMoGo midsole biodegrades 50 times faster than conventional athletic shoes. It is reported that traditional ethylene vinyl acetate midsoles can last up to 1,000 years in a landfill while extensive testing have proven BioMoGo midsoles will biodegrade in about 20 years.
