      The article reports that the head of Assured Food Standards (AFS) has put a stop on using the Red Tractor mark on highly processed foods in Great Britain. According to AFS chief executive David Clarke, the values of the Red Tractor are best suited to fresh rather than added value. Under AFS rules, 60% of ingredients must be certified as coming from assured British farms. However, Clarke said that such products raised consumer concerns about authenticity.
