      The article presents information on the release of French sociologist Stéphane Dudoignon after being arrested in Iran for 2 months. Dudoignon was arrested after taking pictures of a religious procession in Sistan-Baluchaestan, the home of Sunni minority which has been the scene of recent anti-government violence on January 30, 2007. He was accused of entering the forbidden military zone. Iranian authorities held his passport and he lived with his Iranian wife's family in Tehran, Iran for two months before he was released on April 13, 2007.
