The article presents the pillars of the Discovery project for teachers. To support teacher education and training, the project is designed with approaches that encourage teachers to develop new pedagogical methods which are expected to increase pupil motivation. Teaching and learning methods that accommodate different learning styles and requirements, involve and engage users in the learning process and support the motivation of learning and the ability to learn how to learn and how to take pleasure from it combined with multicultural dimension are the three pillars behind the project.
