In the article the role of „think tanks‟ (strategic centers) in formation of strategic management and strategic architecture and also in achievement of strategic effect especially in the geo-economics areas is analyzed. From this point of view authors have tried „to establish‟ similar designing in management of Lithuanian health care system.
