      The article focuses on a workshop on research devoted to health service policies for asylum seekers and refugees in Europe organized by the European Public Health Association section for Migrant Health. One study discussed immigration policies and refugee health care in Germany. A paper on health assessments and tuberculosis screening for newly-arrived asylum seekers in England aimed to address the immediate health care needs of such individuals.
