The article addresses the alleged massacre committed by U.S. Marines in the town of Haditha, Iraq. On November 19, 2005 24 mostly unarmed Iraqi civilians were killed. The incident, and its alleged cover-up, are being investigated by the military. Many feel that what happened in Haditha is a reason for the U.S. to pull troops out of Iraq; others feel that it demonstrates a reason to stay.
