The article describes the author's feeling of being able to help panicked customers who want to obtain information from a military library. Most of her customers' requests come in via telephone or e-mail. As she looks at the challenge as yet another opportunity to excel, she begins to feel the adrenaline rush coursing through her body. She is pleased to say that she is successful more often than not, which means repeat business and job security. And sometimes gratitude comes in the form of free lunch, snacks for the staff or something cool like the official U.S. Air Force do-rag.
