Psychological Flow as a Predictor of Psychological Crises Management among Saudi Faculty Members in Jeddah.

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين التدفق النفسي وإدارة الأزمات النفسية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس السعوديين بمدينة جدة، كما تحققت الدراسة من دور التدفق النفسي في التنبؤ بإدارة الازمات النفسية ، والكشف عن الفروق في كل من التدفق النفسي وإدارة الأزمات النفسية والتي تعزى إلى اختلاف النوع، وشملت الدراسة على) 250 (من أعضاء هيئة التدريس السعوديين بمدينة جدة منهم) 100 ذكور، 150 إناث(، وطبق مقياس ترجمة فاطمة السيد وهنادي الحربي) 2022 (، ومقياس استراتيجيات المواجهة إعداد فاطمة السيد ومجدة Bakker(التدفق النفسي إعداد (2008 علي) 2016 (، واستخدم المنهج الارتباطي بشقيه التنبؤي والمقارن. وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود ارتباط دال بين التدفق النفسي وإدارة الأزمات النف سية، وامكانية التنبؤ بإدارة الازمات النفسية من خلال التدفق النفسي، كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود فروق في كلا من التدفق النفسي وإدارة الأزمات تعزى للجنس في اتجاه الإناث. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى بعض التوصيات منها تعزيز الاستراتيجيات الصحية والجيدة في مواجهة الأزمات والمشكلات، وتوعية الشباب بعدم اللجوء إلى المواد ذات التأثير النفسي كأساليب مواجهة غير صحية للأزمات. The current study aimed to identify the relation between psychological flow and psychological crises management among Saudi faculty members in Jeddah, also identify the role of psychological flow as a predictor of psychological crises management, verify the difference in psychological flow and psychological crises management due to the difference of sex, This study included a sample of Saudi faculty members in Jeddah (N=250) (100male, 150female). In this study the researcher used psychological flow scale and psychological crises management scale, both of scales standardized on Saudi environment. The result showed that a relation between Psychological flow and psychological crises management, Psychological flow were a predictor of psychological crises management, there were a difference in Psychological flow and psychological crises management due to the difference of sex, The results of the study reached some recommendations, including promoting healthy strategies to face of crises and problems, and educating young people not to resort psychoactive substances as unhealthy methods of coping with crises.
