Verification of the Evidence of Surat Al-Fatihah from the Book Al-Is'af with an Explanation of the Verses of Al-Qadi and Al-Kashaf.

هذا جُزءٌ مِنْ مَخْطُوطٍ كَبِيرٍ أَلَّفَهُ خَضْرُ المَوْصلي، أراد الباحثان تحقيق جزء منه تحقيقا علميا بهدَفِ ضَبْطُ النَّصَّ ضَبْطًا صَحِيحا، وإخراجه على الصورة التي أرادها مُؤلِّفُهُ، وتسليط الضوء على القيمة العلمية لهذا الكتاب لعله يلقى اعتناء من المحققين المختصين ويعملوا على تحقيقه، فَيَأْخُذَ مكانته بَينَ الكتب التي صنفت على منواله كخزانة الأدب للبغدادي، وَيَكُونَ لَهُ الحَقُّ مِنَ الظهور والنشر وأثار الباحثان بعضا من الأسئلة منها: ما مقدار ما توصل إليه المؤلف من تحقيق الأهدافه التي وضعها في مقدمة كتابه ؟ وما القيمة العلمية للكتاب؟ وهل يمكن عده مرجعا لغويا أو نحويا؟ وما مصادره ومراجعة التي اعتمد عليها؟ وكيف وظف المؤلف ثقافته اللغوية والأدبية والشعرية في عمله؟ واعتمد الباحثان على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتوصل الباحثان إلى جملة من النتائج أبرزها أنه يُمكنُ عَد الكتاب موسوعة في اللغة، والنَّحْو والصَّرْفِ، والأدب والعروض والتراجم، والتاريخ. أما المؤلف : ، فقد برزت فيه صفة الأمانة : في النقل، وكان ينسب الأقوال والآراء إلى أصحابها، واستطاع بحسه الشعري وذائقته اللغوية أن يصوب عددًا من الروايات غير الصحيحة لبعض من الأبيات الشعرية. This is part of a large manuscript written by Khader Al-Mawsili. The researchers want-ed to achieve part of it scientifically with the aim of adjusting the text correctly, produc-ing it in the image that its author wanted, and shedding light on the scientific value of this book. Perhaps he will take care of the specialized investigators and work to achieve it, so he takes his place between the books that were classified on his impurity as the warehouse of literature for the lipsti? What is the scientific value of the book? Can it be considered a linguistic or grammatical reference? What are his sources and references on which he relied? How did the author employ his linguistic, literary and poetic cul-ture in his work? The researchers relied on the analytical descriptive approach. The re-searchers reached a number of results, the most prominent of which is that the book can be considered an encyclopedia in: language, grammar and morphology, literature and presentations, translations, and history. As for the author, the characteristic of honesty emerged in his transmission, and he attributed sayings and opinions to their owners, and he was able, with his poetic sense and linguistic taste, to correct a number of incorrect narrations of some of the poetic verses.
