القيادة الريادية لدى مديري المدارس الخاصة الأردنية من وجهة نظر المعلمين.

Entrepreneurial leadership among Jordanian private school principals and teachers’ perspective.

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة القيادة الريادية لدى مديري المدارس الخاصة الأردنية من وجهة نظر المعلمين لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة جرى اعتماد المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (364) معلماً ومعلمة، اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. تكونت أداة الدراسة ( الاستبانة) التي طورت لهذا الغرض وجرى التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة القيادة الريادية لدى مديري المدارس الخاصة من وجهة نظر المعلمين في لواء ناعور ولواء وادي السير عموما جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، كما أظهرت نتائج وجود فروق ظاهرية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجة ممارسة القيادة الريادية لدى مديري المدارس الخاصة باختلاف متغيرات ( الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي والخبرة أوصت الدراسة عقد الدورات التدريبية للمديرين والمعلمين لتطوير أدائهم وتنمية مهارتهم القيادية بنحو يمكنهم من تولي المهمات القيادية. كما وأوصت بربط تقييم مديري المدارس السنوي بدرجة تطبيقهم للقيادة الريادية [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The study aimed to identify the degree of entrepreneurial leadership practice among Jordanian private school principals from the point of view of teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive, correlational approach was adopted. The study sample consisted of (364) male and female teachers who were selected by a simple random method. The study tool consisted of a questionnaire that was developed for this purpose and to ensure its validity and reliability. The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing entrepreneurial leadership among private school principals from the point of view of teachers in Naour District and Wadi Al-Seer District in general was high. The results also showed that there were apparent differences between the arithmetic averages of the degree of practicing entrepreneurial leadership among private school principals depending on the variables (gender, academic qualifications, and experience). The study recommended holding training courses for principals and teachers to develop their performance and leadership skills in a way that enables them to assume leadership tasks. It also recommended linking the annual evaluation of school principals to the degree of their application of entrepreneurial leadership. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
