      The study aimed to evaluate modern technology methods in the health sector and their relationship to improving health services: an applied study. The study sample consisted of (280) workers at Al-Uwaigilah General Hospital in the Northern Borders Region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study tools were a questionnaire form. The results of the study showed that there is a positive correlation between the dimensions of modern technology and the dimensions of health services at Al-Uwaigilah General Hospital, with a confidence level of (95%). There is also a statistically significant effect of modern technology in improving health services at Al- Uwaigilah General Hospital, with a confidence level of (95%). There is also a significant difference in the attitudes of workers about the dimensions of modern technology according to demographic characteristics (category, age group, years of service, educational qualification), with a confidence level of (95%). There is also a significant difference in the attitudes of workers about the dimensions of health services according to demographic characteristics (category, age group, years of service, educational qualification); With a confidence level of (95%), the study recommended the necessity of developing training and development programs, as Al-Uwaigilah General Hospital should provide specialized training programs that focus on enhancing employees' understanding of the dimensions of modern technology and health services. These programs can help reduce the gaps in opinions between different groups. The study also recommends conducting periodic studies to measure employees' attitudes and opinions about health services, which allows identifying changes in opinions and responding to them appropriately.
