Greece and Turkey: critical relations on the path of Eu-Turkish cooperation.

يهدف هذا المقال لتسليط الضوء على واقع وتأثير العلاقات التركية اليونانية في مسار العلاقات التركية الأوروبية سيما في شقها التعاوني، وذلك من خلال عرض منهجي أكاديمي متمثل في تطبيق للنظريات العلمية الموضحة و المفسرة لهذه العلاقات. ويمكن الاستخلاص بأن العلاقات التركية اليونانية من جهة والتركية الأوربية من جهة ثانية على الرغم من أهمية العلاقات فيما بينهم وتداخل المصالح وكثافتها في شتى المجالات، فهي تبقى علاقات معقدة وذات وجهين متناقضين تتراوح بين فترات من التهدئة والتقارب الحذر، وفترات أخرى من تصعيد الخلافات والتنافر، مما قد يؤثر فعليا على التقارب والتعاون التركي الأوروبي المفترض إفضاؤه لانضمام تركيا للاتحاد الأوروبي، حيث يمكن أن تصبح فترات التوتر بين تركيا واليونان مبعثا لمزيد من التباعد والانسداد في مفاوضات الانضمام التركي. This article aims to shed light on the factual and impact of Turkish-Greek relations on the path of Turkish-European relations especially in their cooperative aspect through an academic methodology represented in the application of scientific theories that explains and clarifies these relations. It can be concluded that Turkish-Greek relations on one hand, and Turkish-European relations on the other hand, despite the importance of relations between them and the overlapping of interests and their intensity in various fields, they remain complex relations with two contradictory faces ranging between periods of calm and cautious rapprochement, and other periods of escalation of differences and disharmony, which It may actually affect the Turkish-European rapprochement and cooperation that is supposed to lead to Turkey's accession to the European Union, as periods of tension between Turkey and Greece could become a source of further divergence and blockage in the Turkish accession negotiations.
