"The Role of Re-engineering Administrative Processes In improving Quality of Health Services" (A Field survey study On the Medical, Technical and Administrative Staff of AL&$95;Aziziya Children Hospital in Jeddah Provence).

هدفت الد ا رسة إلى التعرف على دور إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية)الهندرة(بأبعادها المختلفة)التخطيط الاست ا رتيجي، الت ا زم الإدا رة العليا، الاتصال الفعال، تكنولوجيا المعلومات (في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية بمستشفى العزيزية للأطفال بمحافظة جدة ، وقد اعتمدت الد راسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وكانت الد ا رسة على جميع الموظفين والموظفات من)الأطباء، والأخصائيين الغير اطباء، والفنيين، والإداريين(، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات من عينة عشوائية مكونة من) 120 (مفردة. وقد تم تحليل وقد خلصت الد ا رسة الحالية إلى نتائج مهمة قد تساعد على دعم التوجه نحو إعادة هندسة العمليات. SPSS البيانات باستخدام برنامج الادارية في كافة المنظمات الصحية الحكومية والخاصة على مستوى المملكة عامة؛ حيث وجدت أن عملية إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية)الهندرة(، ومستوى جودة الخدمات الصحية قد اقترنا بدرجة مرتفعة، كما توصلت الد ا رسة إلى قبول الفرضيات الأربعة البديلة للد ا رسة وبأبعادها المختلفة، وتوصلت إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى) 0.05 (لإعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية)الهندرة(بأبعادها المختلفة)التخطيط الاست ا رتيجي ، الت ا زم الإدا رة العليا ، الاتصال الفعال، تكنولوجيا المعلومات (في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية بمستشفى العزيزية للأطفال بمحافظة جدة، كما أظهرت الد ا رسة أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إستجابات أف ا رد العينة نحو مستوى كل من)إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية)الهندرة(- جودة الخدمات الصحية(بمستشفى العزيزية للأطفال بمحافظة جد ة وفقاً لمتغي ا رت: الجنس، العمر، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، المسمى الوظيفي، الجنسية، وأوصت الد ا رسة بضرورة تعزيز التخطيط طويل الأمد بحيث يتوجب على إدارة المستشفى وضع خطط است ا رتيجية واضحة ومرنة تتناسب مع متطلبات الخدمات الصحية المتطورة وتضمن تحقيق أهداف الهندرة، كذلك من الضروري أن تكون الإدارة العليا ملتزمة بعملية الهندرة من خلال توفير الموارد والدعم اللازمين لتنفيذ التغيي ا رت بنجاح. The study aimed to identify the role of administrative process re-engineering (re-engineering) in its various dimensions (strategic planning, senior management commitment, effective communication, information technology) in improving the quality of health services at Al-Azizia Children's Hospital in Jeddah Governorate. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and the study was on all male and female employees (doctors, non-doctoral specialists, technicians, and administrators). The questionnaire was used as the main tool to collect data from a random sample of (120) individuals. The data were analyzed using the SPSS program. The current study reached important results that may help support the trend towards administrative process re-engineering in all governmental and private health organizations at the level of the Kingdom in general; The study found that the process of administrative process re-engineering (re-engineering) and the level of quality of health services were highly correlated. The study also accepted the four alternative hypotheses of the study and their various dimensions, and found that there was a statistically significant effect at the level of (0.05) for administrative process re-engineering (re-engineering) in its various dimensions (strategic planning, senior management commitment, effective communication, information technology) in improving the quality of health services at Al-Azizia Children's Hospital in Jeddah Governorate. The study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of sample members towards the level of each of (administrative process re-engineering (re-engineering) - quality of health services) at Al-Azizia Children's Hospital in Jeddah Governorate according to the variables: gender, age, educational qualification, years of experience, job title, nationality. The study recommended the necessity of strengthening long-term planning so that the hospital management must develop clear and flexible strategic plans that are consistent with the requirements of advanced health services and ensure the achievement of re-engineering objectives. It is also necessary for senior management to be committed to the re-engineering process by providing the necessary resources and support to implement the changes successfully.
