This study aims to investigate the impact of job analysis on job performance among employees at Abu Al-Hassan Al-Qassim Government Hospital in Yatta, considering the variables of gender, age, educational qualification, and years of experience. To achieve the study's objectives, the researchers developed a questionnaire to collect data from the study sample, drawing on educational literature and previous studies. The questionnaire included a scale to measure the impact of job analysis on job performance among employees at Abu Al-Hassan Al-Qassim Government Hospital in Yatta, consisting of 30 items. It was distributed to 50 male and female employees working at Abu Al- Hassan Al-Qassim Government Hospital in Yatta. Through the analysis of the study's questions and hypotheses, the study reached the following results: Statistical analysis revealed that the effectiveness of the job analysis and design function at Abu Al-Hassan Al-Qassim Government Hospital in Yatta ranked first with a mean value of 4.00, followed by the impact of job analysis on job performance with a mean value of 3.97, and finally, the effectiveness of the performance evaluation function applied at the hospital with a mean value of 3.42. There are statistically significant differences at the statistical significance level (α = 0.05) in the job analysis impact on job performance among employees at Abu Al-Hassan Al-Qassim Government Hospital in Yatta. However, no statistically significant differences were found at the statistical significance level (α = 0.05) in the impact of job analysis on job performance among employees at Abu Al-Hassan Al- Qassim Government Hospital in Yatta due to the variables of gender, age, educational qualification, and years of experience.
