تركز الدراسة على تقييم القيادة الاستراتيجية وإدارة المخاطر المستقبلية في وزارة القوى العاملة. استخدمت الدراسة منهج دراسة الحالة ومنهج المسح الاجتماعي، وشملت عينة من 343 موظفًا، حيث أظهرت النتائج مستوى مرتفعًا من القيادة الاستراتيجية وإدارة المخاطر المستقبلية مع وجود علاقة إيجابية بينهما. كما تم تحديد الصعوبات التي تواجه إسهامات القيادة الاستراتيجية واقتراح آليات لتحسين إدارة المخاطر المستقبلية. تتناول المقالة أيضًا المخاطر المستقبلية التي تواجه الثقافة الأسرية لدى الشباب الجامعي ودور القيادة الاستراتيجية في تحسين جودة الخدمات التعليمية في الجامعات الفلسطينية، بالإضافة إلى أهمية التخطيط لإدارة المخاطر الاجتماعية في المنظمات غير الحكومية. The study aimed to monitor the reality of strategic leadership in the Ministry of Manpower, determine the level of future risk management in the Ministry of Manpower, determine the relationship between strategic leadership and future risk management in the Ministry of Manpower, and identify the difficulties facing the contributions of strategic leadership in managing future risks in the Ministry of Manpower, reaching proposed planning mechanisms for managing future risks in the Ministry of Manpower using strategic leadership. This study is a descriptive study, and relied on the use of the case study approach, "Ministry of Manpower", as well as the social survey approach with a sample of employees in the Ministry of Manpower, whose number reached (343) individuals, and the study tools were represented in a questionnaire for employees about strategic leadership and future risk management in the Ministry of Manpower. The results of the study showed that the level of strategic leadership in the Ministry of Manpower as a whole is high and is represented in (ethical practices, organizational culture, strategic orientation, human capital, organizational control), and that the level of future risk management in the Ministry of Manpower as a whole is high and is represented in (future risk analysis, future risk assessment, description of dealing with future risks, preparing workers to face future risks, awareness of future risks, decision-making to face future risks), and the study proved the validity of the main hypothesis of the study [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
