PRECONDITIONS FOR THE FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN CAPITAL IN THE CONTEXT OF THE DIGITALIZATION OF THE GLOBAL ECONOMY.
    • نبذة مختصرة :
This paper examines how the rise of digitalization in the economy is changing business practices and leading to a reassessment of the importance of human resources. It discusses the nature and framing of resources in the field of digitalization, traces the transformation of resources in the digital age, examines the factors influencing their composition, and addresses the changing needs of people as technology advances. As companies use tools and automation, job roles are being redefined and new specializations are emerging that require employees to be digitally competent. These shifts are dramatically changing the workforce dynamics and skill requirements necessary for success in the marketplace. An important aspect of human capital in the digital age is the integration of technical and soft skills. While technical skills such as codinanalysis and cybersecurity are essential for mastering digital tools and technologies, soft skills such as communication, collaboration and adaptability are equally important for success in today's dynamic work environment. Employers are increasingly looking for a combination of technical knowledge and communication skills, recognizing the importance of interpersonal skills to facilitate innovation and problem solving in cross-functional teams. Moreover, intellectual capital is of particular importance in the age of digital technology. Intellectual capital includes the knowledge, experience and innovative capacity of individuals within an organization. In the digital economy, intellectual capital plays a key role in fostering innovation, supporting a culture of continuous learning and creating value for stakeholders. Organizations need to invest in developing and sustaining intellectual capital to remain agile and competitive in an increasingly knowledge-driven marketplace. It is worth emphasizing that adaptability and the ability to learn are important personal skills for people transitioning into the digital age. As technology evolves at an unprecedented pace, people must continuously develop their skills and knowledge to keep pace with changing job requirements and industry trends. Lifelong learning is the foundation of career development and ensures that people remain adaptable and in-demand in the face of digital transformation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
